解曰：明中忍也。標其地名，明王居處、明得勝身。常自在者，現相及土悉皆自在，明所化境隨類化故。從此第二明常不動。

The commentary states: It clarifies intermediate kṣānti. It marks the name of that bhūmi, clarifies where the king abides, and clarifies the attainment of the superior body. 'Constantly sovereign': manifesting characteristics and lands are all completely sovereign; it clarifies the realm of those who are transformed, because they are transformed according to kind. Hereafter, the second part clarifies being constantly immovable.
