解曰：何故諸佛菩薩皆依十四忍不可思量也。從此第三分別解釋。於中分二：初別明境智、後釋結難量。初明境智，於中分二：一明佛境智、二明菩薩境智。初佛境智，於中分三：一標佛生化滅、二釋無生化滅、三結如虛空。且初第一標佛生化滅。

The commentary explains: Why is it that all buddhas and bodhisattvas rely on the fourteen kṣāntis, which are inconceivable and immeasurable? From here, the third part provides an analytical explanation. In this, there are two divisions: first, individually explaining the objects and cognition; later, concluding with an explanation of their being difficult to measure. The first explains the objects and cognition, within which there are two parts: 1. Explaining the Buddha's objects and cognition; 2. Explaining the bodhisattvas' objects and cognition. The first, on the Buddha's objects and cognition, has three parts: 1. Indicating the Buddha's arising, transforming, and cessation; 2. Explaining the non-arising, non-transforming, and non-cessation; 3. Concluding that they are like empty space. First, the first part indicates the Buddha's arising, transforming, and cessation.
