解曰：顯依真也。一切眾生者，通能所化一切生也。蘊等自性體即真如，無生滅故。從此第二明法不實。

The commentary explains: This reveals reliance on the real. 'All sentient beings' generally includes all beings that can transform and are transformed. The intrinsic nature of the aggregates and so forth is in its essence precisely suchness, because it is without arising and cessation. From here, the second part explains that phenomena are unreal.
