解曰：此標眾生真性清淨。與前別者，前明蘊等體無生滅，此明作業自性清淨，前果後因、前法後受、前苦後集，是二別故。從此第二明行不實。文復分二：且初第一明行不實。

The commentary explains: This indicates that the true nature of sentient beings is pure. How it differs from the preceding is that the preceding explained that the essence of the aggregates and so forth is without arising and cessation, whereas this explains that the intrinsic nature of creating karma is pure; the former was effect and the latter is cause; the former was phenomena and the latter is feeling; the former was suffering and the latter is origination—such are their differences. From here, the second part clarifies that conditioning is unreal. The text is again divided into two parts; first, the first clarifies that conditioning is unreal.
