解曰：此結標中諸菩薩行也。言是故者，結上之詞。言一切者，地前地上諸菩薩也。從初發心至未成佛，皆於思中而修行矣。雖忍之性體無聖凡，依忍辯修，故明菩薩也。從此第二結諸佛化。

The commentary states: This concludes the bodhisattva practices in the introduction. 'Therefore' is a word concluding the above. 'All' refers to all bodhisattvas before and on the bhūmis. From the initial generation of the mind up until not yet having achieved buddhahood, all cultivate within this contemplation. Although the substance of kṣānti's nature has neither noble nor ordinary, cultivation is explained based on kṣānti; hence it clarifies bodhisattvas. Hereafter is the second [section], concluding the transformations of all buddhas.
