Exposition: Regarding 'Worldly truth arises through illusory transformation': this generally explains that conditioned things arise through illusory transformation. The next two lines specifically present three similes. Regarding 'just like flowers in empty space': this illustrates false existence, referring to parikalpita-svabhāva, because it has no real substance. Regarding 'like a shadow': shadows in water, mirrors, and so on all arise dependent on a physical form; this illustrates paratantra-svabhāva, because it manifests through karmic conditions. Regarding 'like a net of hairs': this illustrates both together. Due to defects in cataracts, one sees a net of hairs; if the cataract of the eye is gone, both are absent. Due to delusion of mind, one falsely perceives the preceding two; if cognition realizes suchness, both are absent. Regarding 'through causes and conditions it is an illusory existence': this concludes that the phenomena of worldly truth exist like an illusion through semblance causes and conditions. From here, the second part cites illusion to clarify [it].
