解曰:此出體也。所有宣說者,標所說也。音聲語言者,諸說佛教聲為體者,色蘊所攝,即此句也。文字章句者,諸說佛教名為體者,行蘊所攝,即此句也。一切皆如無非實相者,謂契經等,彼能所詮攝事歸如,無非實相。又佛說法正為顯如,離如之外更無一字,故聲及字悉皆如矣。從此第三及結非如。

Explanation: This reveals the essential substance. "All that is proclaimed" indicates that which is spoken. "Sounds, vocal speech, and languages": according to those who hold that the Buddha's teaching has sound as its substance, it is subsumed under the form aggregate (rūpa-skandha), which corresponds to this phrase. "Written letters, chapters, and verses": according to those who hold that the Buddha's teaching has names as its substance, it is subsumed under the formation aggregate (saṃskāra-skandha), which corresponds to this phrase. "Are all suchness, none being other than the true mark": this means that in the sutras and so forth, both the expounding and the expounded gather phenomena and return them to suchness; none are other than the true mark. Furthermore, the Buddha expounds the Dharma precisely to reveal suchness; outside of suchness, there is not a single word. Thus, sounds and letters are all entirely suchness. From here, the third section concludes on what is not suchness.
