解曰：了知一二者，了上一二也。非一非二者，了真非定一，了俗非受二。如上悟解，即無分別勝義諦也。從此第三釋世俗諦。

Explanation: "Knowing oneness and twoness" means understanding the aforementioned oneness and twoness. "Neither one nor two" means understanding that the ultimate is not definitively one, and understanding that the conventional does not permanently receive twoness. Awakening and understanding as above is precisely the non-conceptual ultimate truth. Next, the third section explains the conventional truth (saṃvṛti-satya).
