解曰：何況等者，彰持說勝。即與等者，同諸佛說。諸佛所說文句甚深，顯書寫等皆佛所說，人雖勝劣教理無差，所有功德等無異矣。從此第二當得菩提。

Commentary: Regarding "How much more so," and so forth: this manifests the supremacy of upholding and expounding. Regarding "they are equal to," and so forth: this means being the same as the preaching of the buddhas. The phrases spoken by the buddhas are exceedingly profound; this shows that copying and so forth are all what the buddhas have spoken. Although people may be superior or inferior, the teaching and principle are without disparity, and all the merits are equal and without difference. Hereafter is the second part: one will attain bodhi.
