解曰：說先過去常誦此經，現生獲報，必招後故。從此第二結勸受持。於中分二：且初第一勸命受持。

Explanation: It speaks of the past, constantly reciting this sūtra and obtaining retribution in their present lives, which necessarily invites subsequent [fruit]. From here, the second section concludes by exhorting them to accept and uphold it. Within this there are two parts: first, exhorting those present to accept and uphold it.
