解曰：得不退者、不退有四：信位證行、從淺至深，即初二也。阿脩羅等，等餘七部，得生天也。欲色諸天，得無生忍。天台解云：即十行也，或即初地。如《大品經》云「初地菩薩得無生法忍。」

Explanation: "Attained non-retrogression": there are four types of non-retrogression: of faith, stage, realization, and practice; from shallow to deep, these are the first two. "Asuras and others": "others" includes the remaining seven classes; they attained rebirth in heaven. Devas of the desire and form realms attained non-arising kṣānti. Tiantai explains: this is the ten practices, or it is the first bhūmi. As the *Pañcaviṃśati Sūtra* says: "A bodhisattva of the first bhūmi attains the non-arising dharmakṣānti."
