解曰：大眾散也。復義如前。舊云妙覺，彰果德圓。今言曼殊沙，此云柔濡，能令見者離剛強故，即天花也。人天同會，隨所散也。從此第二變作寶城。

Explanation: The great assembly scattered them. The meaning of 'again' is as before. The older [version] spoke of 'wondrous awakening', manifesting the perfection of the fruition virtues. Here it says 'mañjūṣaka', which is translated here as 'pliant and soft', because it can cause those who see it to be free from stubborn hardness; it is a celestial flower. Humans and celestials assembled together, each according to what they scattered. Next is the second [section]: transforming into a jewelled citadel.
