解曰：勝義者，即實相也。上三所現花座、臺、城，顯三般若，文字、觀照及實相故，三賢十聖果圓滿故，如應顯示不思議故。從此第四化眾散花。文復分三：且初第一散花成蓋。

Explanation: 'Paramārtha' is the true mark. The flower throne, terrace, and citadel manifested in the three [instances] above reveal the three prajñās—text, contemplation, and true mark—and because the fruition of the three worthies and ten noble ones is perfected, they appropriately reveal the inconceivable. Next is the fourth [section]: the transformed assembly scatters flowers. This text is further divided into three parts; first is scattering flowers that form a canopy.
