解曰：從蓋雨花，希有瑞也。從此第三王等發願。於中分二：初王等發願、後如來印述。初中復三：且初第一王等稱讚。

Explanation: Raining flowers from the canopy is a rare auspicious sign. Next is the third [part]: the kings and others make vows. Within this there are two parts: first, the kings and others make vows; afterwards, the Tathāgata approves and repeats them. In the first part there are again three parts; first is the kings and others offering praise.
