解曰：令彼大眾於一塵中見佛剎土一多相入。此三總是廣狹相容，即是十三所作自在也。從此第二巨細相容。

Explanation: Causing that great assembly to see the mutual entry of the one and the many of buddha-lands within a single dust mote. These three are all the mutual containment of the broad and the narrow, which is the thirteenth sovereign power over actions. Next is the second [part]: mutual containment of the vast and the minute.
