解行名者，護持三聚，能益自他，名饒益行。受持淨戒，三業為性。持淨戒者，守護律儀，三業無失。從此第三無違逆行。

Explaining the name of the practice: Protecting and maintaining the three collections [of precepts] can benefit oneself and others, so it is called the practice of beneficial action. Receiving and upholding pure morality takes the three karmas as its nature. "Upholding pure morality": guarding the vinaya with no fault in the three karmas. From here, the third is the practice of non-opposition.
