Explaining the name of the practice: The power of patience can remedy malice and resentment in oneself and others, so it is called the practice of non-opposition; the three karmas free of hatred are its intrinsic nature. "The mind is humble": in the face of various humiliations, oppressions, and torments, the mind is solely humble, and one is able to endure them all. From here, the fourth is the practice of non-yielding.
