解行名者，深達根器善於法化，名善法行，思擇為性也。得無礙解者，謂得四種，法，義，詞，辨。無礙解力，思擇修習二利行也。從此第十明真實行。

Explaining the name of the practice: Deeply understanding faculties and capacities and being skillful in teaching the Dharma is called the practice of good dharmas; reflection and discernment are its nature. "Attaining unhindered liberation": attaining the four kinds: [unhindered liberation in] dharma, meaning, phrasing, and eloquence. With the power of unhindered liberation, one reflects, discerns, and cultivates the practices of dual benefit. From here, the tenth clarifies the practice of true reality.
