解此名者，三寶及戒為不壞信，以彼善根成此迴向。常見諸佛者，就勝而明，法僧及戒理必俱故。廣興供養者，彰福資糧，廣供養也。從此第三明等一切諸佛迴向。

Explaining this name: the Three Jewels and the precepts are indestructible faith; with those wholesome roots, this dedication is perfected. 'Constantly seeing all buddhas' is explained in terms of what is supreme, because Dharma, Saṅgha, and precepts must in principle accompany them. 'Extensively present offerings' displays the provision of merit, widely making offerings. Hereafter is the third [part], explaining the dedication of equalling all buddhas.
