解此名者，以所修習無盡諸行功德之法，成此迴向。能於三昧者，明依定也。廣作佛事者，化利事也。如《花嚴》說，謂此菩薩懺除重障、禮敬諸佛、勸請一切諸佛說法、隨喜諸佛及菩薩等一切善根，凡自所修德行知見，迴向莊嚴一切佛國，入不思議自在三昧，善巧方便作佛事故。從此第六明入一切平等善根迴向。

Explaining this name: through the dharmas of inexhaustible practices and merit that are cultivated, this dedication is perfected. 'Able within samādhi' clarifies reliance on concentration. 'Extensively perform the works of the Buddha' refers to the works of transforming and benefiting. As the Huayan says, this bodhisattva repents and eradicates heavy obstacles, pays homage to all buddhas, entreats all buddhas to preach the Dharma, and rejoices in all the wholesome roots of the buddhas, bodhisattvas, and so forth; whatever virtuous deeds, knowledge, and vision he himself cultivates are dedicated to adorning all buddha lands, entering the inconceivable, unimpeded samādhi and performing the works of the Buddha with skillful means. Hereafter is the sixth [part], explaining the dedication of entering the equality of all wholesome roots.
