解曰：寂靜純善者，三業寂靜，離諠動故。十善無雜，即純善故。離破戒垢者，行清淨故。行大慈觀者，獲勝定故。念念現前者，無間斷故。從此第三結申滿地。

The commentary states: "Quiescent and purely wholesome" means that the three karmas are tranquil, being free from agitation. The ten wholesome actions are unmixed, which is precisely "purely wholesome." "Free from the defilements of breaking precepts" means that one's practice is pure. "Practicing the contemplation of great loving-kindness" means that one obtains supreme concentration. "Present in every moment of thought" means being without interruption. From here, the third [part] concludes by stating the fulfillment of the ground.
