解曰：於八阿僧祇劫者，如前加也。常修三昧者，禪度偏增，餘隨力分，依定開發諸行願故。從此第九明現前地。文三如前，且初第一標入地相。

The commentary explains: Regarding "for eight asaṃkhyeya kalpas": this is added as before. Regarding "constantly cultivating samādhi": the perfection of meditation is predominantly augmented, while the others accord with their proportionate strength; it is relying on concentration that all practices and vows are unfolded. From here onward is the ninth [section], explaining the Manifest Bhūmi (abhimukhī-bhūmi). There are three textual parts as before, and first is the marking of the sign of entering the bhūmi.
