解曰：領四軍眾者，象、馬、車、步為四軍也。此因緣者，如《賢愚經．頂生王品》及《涅槃經》第十二說。從此第二帝釋奉法。
Exposition: 'Leading a fourfold army' refers to elephants, cavalry, chariots, and infantry as the fourfold army. The circumstances of this are as explained in the 'King Mūrdhata Chapter' of the *Damamūka-nidāna Sūtra* and fascicle twelve of the *Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra*. From here, the second part shows Śakra upholding the Dharma.
