解曰：明此菩薩，佛大悲心、趣菩提心、求涅槃心此等諸心尚皆不起，況復起於世間之心。從此第二諸佛加持。於中分二：且初第一諸佛加持。

The commentary states: This explains that in this bodhisattva, the Buddha's mind of great compassion, the mind aspiring to bodhi, and the mind seeking nirvāṇa—minds such as these do not arise at all, let alone giving rise to worldly minds. From here, the second part is the empowerment of all buddhas. Within this there are two: first, to begin with, the empowerment of all buddhas.
