解曰：於一念頃等者，明能化時所遍國土、所化有情當根攝益，隨一味法各修習故。從此第二明修轉依。

The commentary explains: Regarding "in an instant of thought, and so forth," this clarifies the lands pervaded at the time of being able to transform [beings], gathering and benefiting the transformed sentient beings according to their faculties, causing each to cultivate in accordance with the single-flavor Dharma. From here, the second clarifies cultivating the transformation of the basis (āśrayaparavṛtti).
