解曰：結安樂也。從此第二明昔人王。於中分三：一明斑足王、二明普明王、三聞法悟解。初斑足王，文分為二：初明斑足王、後明得千王。初文復三：且初第一明斑足王。

Exposition: This concludes with their peace and joy. From here, the second part explains the ancient human kings. In this there are three parts: 1. explaining King Kalmāṣapāda, 2. explaining King Samantaprabha, 3. hearing the Dharma and awakening to understanding. Under the first, King Kalmāṣapāda, the text is divided into two: first, explaining King Kalmāṣapāda; next, explaining his capture of the thousand kings. The first text is further divided into three; first, explaining King Kalmāṣapāda.
