解曰：是諸國中若常受持，難終不起。脫若有難，即唯受持，作善之家有餘慶矣。從此第三難除安樂。

Commentary: If they always accept and uphold it in these states, calamities will never arise. If there should happen to be a calamity, simply accepting and upholding it will ensure that a family that does good has abundant blessings. Next is the third [part], peace and happiness upon the elimination of calamities.
