解曰：彰處得王也。從此第二明普明王。於中分二：一長行建立、二以偈說法。初長行中，文復分四：且初第一普明諸願。

Exposition: This clarifies the place where the king was captured. From here, the second part explains King Samantaprabha. In this there are two parts: 1. establishing [the ritual] in prose, 2. expounding the Dharma in verse. Under the first, the prose, the text is further divided into four; first, Samantaprabha's vows.
