解曰：建立正法者，此有二種：一世間正法，如《金光明》云治擯如法故；二出世正法，諸佛所說解脫法故。餘文易了，無勞重釋。從此第二誡諸菩薩。於中分五：且初第一東方菩薩。

Explanation: "Establish the correct Dharma" has two types: first, worldly correct Dharma, as the Suvarṇaprabhāsa says regarding governing and punishing in accordance with the Dharma; second, supramundane correct Dharma, which is the Dharma of liberation expounded by all buddhas. The rest of the text is easy to understand; there is no need for repeated explanation. Hereafter is the second part: enjoining the bodhisattvas. This is divided into five; first is the bodhisattva of the eastern direction.
