解曰：作大利益者，謂五菩薩各作己利護諸世間。當立形像者，隨於所在，以彩畫等作其形像。尊敬供養，如別軌儀。從此第二菩薩敬承。於中分三：且初第一菩薩敬承。

Explanation: "Produce great benefit" means that the five bodhisattvas each carry out their own beneficial activities to protect all worlds. "Should erect their bodily images" means making their forms using colored paintings and the like wherever one resides. Reverently making offerings to them is as described in the separate ritual manuals. Hereafter is the second part: the bodhisattvas reverently accept it. This has three parts; first is the bodhisattvas reverently accepting it.
