解曰：我等本願者，一即本願、二即承佛神力也。於一念頃者，明其迅速守護建立般若法故。從此第三明除災難。

Explanation: "By our fundamental vows": first, their fundamental vows; second, relying on the Buddha's spiritual power. "In a single thought-moment" explains their swiftness in protecting and establishing the Dharma of prajñā. Hereafter is the third part: explaining the elimination of calamities.
