解曰：明同說也。從此第二說陀羅尼。於中分二：初明三歸依、後正明宗旨。初中復二：且初第一總標三歸。

Explanation: This clarifies that they spoke in unison. From here, the second [part] teaches the dhāraṇī. Within this it divides into two: first, explaining the three refuges; second, directly explaining the main tenet. In the first there are again two: first, universally indicating the three refuges.
