解曰:言薩嚩者,此云一切也。言沒馱者,此云覺也。嚩盧枳諦者,此云所觀,即一切佛所觀實相也。《瑜伽》釋云「薩字為種子。薩字者,詮一切法平等義也。住瑜伽者,能緣所緣悉皆平等,智證真理,入法駛流,即同無邊一切諸佛所觀察故。」從此第二明圓成句。

Explanation: "Sarva"; here it is translated as "all". "Buddha"; here it is translated as "awakened". "Avalokite"; here it is translated as "that which is observed", namely, the real mark observed by all buddhas. The Yoga commentary says: "The syllable 'sa' is the seed-syllable. The syllable 'sa' expresses the meaning of the equality of all phenomena. For one who abides in yoga, the grasper and the grasped are completely equal; cognition realizes the true principle and enters the swift stream of the Dharma, which is identical to the observation of all boundless buddhas." From here, the second [part] explains the phrase on the consummate.
