解曰:底哩野持嚩者,此云三世。跛哩儞澁跛寧者,此云圓成。即三世圓成也。《瑜伽》釋云「底哩野三字,是梵一字,以為種子,詮一切法真如平等塵沙功德性自成就也。此真如法雖遍一切,體非世也。然過現未從虛妄生,是不相應行蘊所攝,是有為故;真如雖遍,不同彼故。」從此第三明二利智文有四句。且初第一菩提心句。
Explanation: "Tryadhva"; here it is translated as "three times". "Pariṇiṣpanne"; here it is translated as "consummate". That is, the consummate of the three times. The Yoga commentary says: "The three syllables 'tri-ya-dhva' form one Sanskrit syllable, taken as the seed-syllable, which expresses that the tathatā of all phenomena is equal and its dust-and-sand merits are naturally accomplished by their own nature. Although this tathatā pervades everything, its substance is not the [temporal] times. The past, present, and future arise from falsity, are subsumed within the aggregate of non-concomitant conditioning factors, and are conditioned; although tathatā pervades them, it is not like them." From here, the third [part] explains the cognition of the two benefits, whose text has four phrases; first, the phrase on bodhicitta.
