Explanation: "Sarvasiddha" means here "accomplished persons," which refers to the accomplished persons who are the bodhisattvas of the ten bhūmis. "Namaskṛte" means here "paying homage." Homage has two meanings: first, paying homage to that Dharma of prajñā; second, paying homage to those persons who have attained right enlightenment. Possessing these two meanings, it is therefore that to which the ones on the ten bhūmis pay homage. The Yoga commentary states: "The syllable sa is the seed-syllable. The syllable sa expresses the meaning of arising and ceasing; within the syllable sa there is the syllable a, which expresses the meaning of non-arising. Yet in the stage of fruition, because of realizing the non-arising and non-ceasing of the syllable a, its essence is ever firm like a vajra and its sublime functions are sovereign, so that it can universally manifest boundless responsive transformations and various benefits and joys, appearing to have arising and ceasing while in truth being without arising and ceasing." Above, the fruition has been explained. Next, the third section clarifies the Mother of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The text has two lines: first is the line on bringing forth bodhisattvas.
