解曰：別請朋黨，毀如外道。由出家眾不善守護，作此非法亂正因故，制修福業為不善因，惡鬼惡龍作諸苦難。從此第三結明破滅。

Explanation: Accepting individual invitations and forming factions is condemned as being like non-Buddhists. Because the monastic assembly does not guard well and commits these unlawful acts that disrupt the causes of truth, and because restraining the cultivation of meritorious karma serves as an unwholesome cause, evil spirits and evil dragons will cause various sufferings and difficulties. Next is the third [part], concluding by clarifying destruction.
