解曰：壞我法等者，兩句標也。正法衰薄等者，明邪行也。諸惡漸增等者，惡行漸增壽命短促也。無復孝子等者，家無孝子六親不和也。天龍不祐者，八部天龍捨而去矣。此第二明災怪起。

Exposition: 'Those who destroy my teaching', and so on, indicate [the theme] in two lines. 'The true Dharma will decline and weaken', and so on, explain deviant conduct. 'All kinds of evil will gradually increase', and so on, means that evil deeds gradually increase and lifespans become brief. 'There will no longer be filial children', and so on, means that in families there will be no filial children and the six relations will not be in harmony. 'Devas and nāgas will not grant protection' means that the devas and nāgas of the eight classes will abandon them and depart. Next, the second [part] explains the arising of calamities and anomalies.
