解曰：當墮等者，作不善業有上中下，於三惡趣受異熟果。從此第三明順後報。

Exposition: 'Will fall', and so on: performing unwholesome karma has superior, middling, and inferior [degrees], and one undergoes ripening results in the three bad destinies. From here, the third [part] explains the retribution experienced in subsequent lives.
