解曰：傷歎惡時，正慧失滅、住持教沒，即無佛故。從此第三問名奉行。於中分二：初問經名、後明奉行。初中復五：且初第二仁王發問。

Exposition: They mourned the evil age, for correct wisdom will be lost and destroyed, and the maintaining teachings will perish, which means there will be no buddha. From here, the third [major division] is asking for the title and putting it into practice. This is divided into two: first, asking for the sūtra's title; second, explaining putting it into practice. The first further has five parts: second, the Benevolent King poses the question.
