Language

3.73

Explanation: "Conditioned things are unreal": conditioned things of dependent origination are illusory and not real. "Arising from causes and conditions": internal and external worlds are directly produced from common characteristics and their own seeds, because of arising from causes and conditions. "Waxing and waning turn like lightning": all conditioned phenomena have waxing and waning; their arising and ceasing are like a flowing stream, their non-abiding is like lightning. "Temporarily existing, then immediately non-existent": "non-existent" means that, like temporary lightning, once existent, they immediately cease into non-existence. From here, the second section explains the emptiness of realms and destinies.
