The commentary explains: This clarifies that from the conditioned actions performed down to the experiencer, existing in accordance with the fluctuating movement of delusional sentiments, all are without svabhāva, and therefore all are empty. From here, the second division concerns contemplating emptiness in general characteristics. The text is divided into three parts: 1. Indicating that the objective realm is empty; 2. Explaining that the objective realm is empty; 3. Concluding that it is like empty space. First, the first part indicates that the objective realm is empty.
