Explanation: "The three vehicles" refers to persons of the three vehicles. "Prajñā" refers to the true mark and so forth. "Unarisen and unceasing" explains that its substance is eternal. "Its intrinsic nature eternally abiding" means that the substance of that true mark does not arise or cease, and does not alter. Although the realization and understanding of the persons of the three vehicles differ, when discussing the substance of cognition, it is equal and without difference. Next, the third section generally explains the nature of enlightenment.
