The commentary explains: Regarding "in ten thousand asaṃkhyeya [kalpas]," this is because the time and kalpas traversed surpass the prior measure. Regarding "is able to manifest the divine powers of a million Ganges-sands of buddhas, and so forth," being able to manifest these divine powers of buddhas clarifies divine supernormal powers (abhijñā). Moreover, in this bodhisattva, among the ten pāramitās, the pāramitā of power is especially predominant. Regarding "an inexhaustible treasury of Dharma," this refers to the four unimpeded knowledges, because they extensively benefit and gladden [beings]. From here, the thirteenth [section] clarifies the Cloud of Dharma bhūmi (Dharmameghā-bhūmi). Within it there are three parts: first, marking the characteristics of entering the bhūmi; next, the cultivation while abiding in the bhūmi; and finally, concluding and stating the completion of the stage. First, the first marks the characteristics of entering the bhūmi.
