Exposition: In saying 'each,' regardless of whether the calamity is large or small, everyone is exhorted to accept, uphold, read, recite, and explain it. Having already stated earlier that the seven calamities will then be eliminated and the state will be at peace, here it only gives the exhortation, without repeating the word 'eliminated.' From here on is the third, clarifying the causes of the various calamities. In this there are three parts; first is the question by King Prasenajit.
