1.105

此即第二辨利他用。依此妙慧，令諸有情越生死苦，證涅槃樂。舒舌髮際尚表誠言，況覆三千而語有謬？故經說曰是真語者。

This is the second, distinguishing its function of benefiting others. Relying on this wondrous insight, one causes sentient beings to transcend the suffering of birth and death and realize the bliss of nirvāṇa. If stretching out the tongue to the hairline already signifies truthful speech, how much less could there be error when it covers the three-thousandfold [world]? Therefore the sūtra says: 'He is one who speaks truly.'
