1.16

「般若」下，二、結歸玄旨。夫般若虛玄者，蓋群詮之宗極、真一之無差。一十六會之格言、二十四年之雅誥。性理幽微。超情離見，獨拔於有名之表、穎脫於曳尾之塗。玄雖玄矣、妙復妙焉，不亦罄於茲序哉！故云斯之謂歟。

From "Prajñā" onward: second, concluding by returning to the profound intent. Prajñā's emptiness and profundity is indeed the ultimate exemplar of all expositions and the non-difference of the true oneness. It is the standard speech of the sixteen assemblies and the elegant pronouncements of twenty-four years. Its essential principle is hidden and subtle. Transcending emotional view and departing from grasping, it stands alone beyond the realm of named existence and breaks free from the muddy path of trailing the tail. Abstruse though it is, wondrous though it is again, is it not fully exhausted in this preface! Therefore it says, "Is it not this that is meant?"
