「經觀」下，五、解文疏，三：初、唱經標章。然此當通唱一經而判釋之，隨科釋處再唱子科。經文於義即便，今疏從略但存別唱，不然則判釋居前。或本作此安布，以廣陳中例亦如此，故不敢率易改動。

From "The sūtra says: 'Contemplat-'" down, five, explaining the text of the commentary, in three parts: first, reciting the sūtra text and presenting the section headings. Now, here one should properly recite the whole sūtra together and analyse and explain it, reciting the sub-headings again according to the places where the outline is explained. With the sūtra text, this is more convenient for the meaning. The present commentary follows brevity and retains only the separate recitations; otherwise, the analysis and explanation would precede it. Alternatively, the original work was arranged in this way, since this is also the case in the extensive explanations; therefore I dare not change it rashly.
