「二就」下，二，就法釋：二：初、釋別。「謂此」等者，珠現青黃而珠不生，青黃遽亡而珠不滅。「又隨」等者，如華華空，空不生華；華去空澄，空不加淨。「障盡」等者，垢盡對除，即無對垢，將誰減乎？「德不增」者，於此無修，亦無成就，其何增耶？

Under 'second, with respect to dharmas' is, secondly, explaining with respect to dharmas, which has two: first, explaining the specifics. 'This means' and so forth means: a pearl manifests blue and yellow, yet the pearl does not arise; blue and yellow suddenly vanish, yet the pearl does not cease. 'Moreover, following' and so forth: like flowers [manifesting in] the sky, the sky does not produce flowers; when the flowers depart and the sky is clear, the sky does not add purity. 'Obstacles being exhausted' and so forth: when defilements are exhausted and their antidotes eliminated, there are no defilements to be counteracted; what could be decreased? 'Virtues do not increase': herein there is no cultivation and no achievement; how could they increase?
