問者言：「體名云何？」解言：「亦有內外。何以知然？要先有好體，然後有勝名外聞，是故先歎其體後歎名也。」

The questioner asks: "What about substance and name?" The explanation states: "There are also internal and external [aspects]. How is this known? One must first have an excellent substance, and only then is there a superior name heard outside; for this reason, the substance is praised first and the name afterwards."
