2.47

「諸人今當知」，此下兩行偈答。問序中本有二，此下是第二詺為開㢡物心結答。就此中亦有二者，初偈明好事當來，即是顯一與顯遠也。後一偈是第二意明惡事當去。疑之與悔，第二卷初當解。

"All of you should know now..."—the two verse lines below answer. In the preface there were originally two questions; below this is the second, termed concluding the answer by opening and encouraging the minds of beings. Within this there are also two [points]: the first verse clarifies that good matters are about to arrive, which means revealing the One [Vehicle] and revealing the remote [past]. The subsequent verse is the second meaning, clarifying that evil matters are about to depart. Doubt and regret will be explained at the beginning of the second fascicle.
